I'd normally tell you to take leaks with a pinch of salt, but this one's looking like a foregone conclusion. It was just this past episode of the Digital Strips Podcast (or the one before that, can’t specifically recall which) that Steve and I were wondering what had happened to this instant homerun of a comic concept.Remember, that profession that everyone wanted as a kid? It also looks like the blog will feature true horror stories from actual, former testers, so there’s even more to come to the site for than the regular comic update. Off the record, Orwell, this does look like a setup. Just suppose he called Hacktel and was invited here. Of course, now I want to see it recreated using the in-game tools.Let's face it, time away from Rust is time you're probably spending worrying about your base. To help with those moments between Rust games--like when you have to go to the toilet or when you're in hospital for spleen surgery--when you don't know what's happening to your base, there's a new Oxide plug-in: Rusty Sheriff Raid Alert. Now's the time to share your art, though I'd ask you to think: does the world really need to see this perfectly painted bumhole? There's a dedicated forum post, or you can fish for upvotes in the Subreddit.
Art actually happens away from Rust's inner canvas as well.
The higher we can push their funding, the more goodies we can get. Got another neato Kickstarter for you guys and gals to check out. XO looks to get around that by streamlining its systems rather than simplifying its gameplay. But I know a lot of folks who have been, and they had a great time.
It’s a smaller event, but I find y’kinda want that in a gaming show.
A third image leak (via Shinobi602) has revealed the game's launch date - October 18th, 2016.
EA and DICE are set to reveal the game in full later today at 4 PM ET / 9 PM BST, and the developers are currently hosting a pre-show on the Battlefield website.
